Group Discussion (GD)/Personal Interview (PI) is held to assess the communication skills, teamwork, and personality traits of the candidates.
Final Selection is made, where companies select students based on their performance in the previous rounds.
Job Offer, a review of the selected candidates' documents and verification of their eligibility criteria is performed.
Acceptance and Joining Formalities take place, where students confirm their acceptance of the job offer and complete the necessary joining formalities.
Placement Confirmation is sent to the students and the companies, marking the completion of the placement process.
